The problem on the engine's vibration was not identified by the computer system. That made things much harder to identify. It took a while to find out what the issue was, they put a big deal of time on my car and the problem was identified and correctly addressed. Now I am driving back my BMW with the same performance feeling I had before. This is a serious and reliable BMW autoshop.

Always a positive experience at Taylor. But what amazes me is that there is never a delay in getting the parts. I needed some fairly obscure parts for the a/c on a 1998 M3, and there was no delay; the car was ready the next morning, washed and perfect as new.

I had a leaky header gasket replaced on my M5. Ivan, Lane and the Staff got me in 1st thing and resolved that issue in record time. Unfortunately, another exhaust related issue had come up, yet Ivan took the time and patience to go out of his way and also fix it while I was there.

overall my experience was pretty good, but there is some room for improvement. the day i dropped my car off I had to call back 3 times to get updates on my car. it would have been nice to have the shop call me to keep me in the loop. i noticed that the few of the cars that were being picked up were washed prior to the owners picking them up. my car was not washed when i picked it up. other than that, i feel like it was a positive experience. i will be back.

This was my first visit to Taylor. They were quick and efficient. They did all the work necessary, explaining everything clearly each step of the way. They even performed some minor services without charging me. Can you imagine? They're a very friendly bunch. I was happy and plan to return.
