I had a leaky header gasket replaced on my M5. Ivan, Lane and the Staff got me in 1st thing and resolved that issue in record time. Unfortunately, another exhaust related issue had come up, yet Ivan took the time and patience to go out of his way and also fix it while I was there.

overall my experience was pretty good, but there is some room for improvement. the day i dropped my car off I had to call back 3 times to get updates on my car. it would have been nice to have the shop call me to keep me in the loop. i noticed that the few of the cars that were being picked up were washed prior to the owners picking them up. my car was not washed when i picked it up. other than that, i feel like it was a positive experience. i will be back.

This was my first visit to Taylor. They were quick and efficient. They did all the work necessary, explaining everything clearly each step of the way. They even performed some minor services without charging me. Can you imagine? They're a very friendly bunch. I was happy and plan to return.

My brake light came on last week. When I called into Taylor's they had my history on computer; They told me during a previous visit about the brake percentages, so they were able to articulate what I needed and to fit me into the schedule. My repair was completed in a timely and professional manner. I have gone to Taylors for at least 4 years, so the staff and I are well aquainted with each other. They are always friendly, courteous and professional. I recommend them highly.
